Booking Form

The booking procedure is straight forward. Once you have visited our nursery and decided that you would like for your child to come here, the first step is for you to complete a booking form.

You child can start with us at any point in the term as long as we have a place available.

We do however have two major intake times a year where your child can be placed on a waiting list to start and these are September and January each year. Unfortunately due to the changes in the Primary school intake policy, we can no longer reserve places for a child wishing to start in the Summer (April to July) term as this is our very busiest term.

Once you have made the choice of The Psalter Lane Nursery for your child and completed your booking form you should return this to us as soon as possible. Once we have received your booking we will confirm the offer of a place in writing and will send our admission forms to you at the appropriate time.

Please note that a place will not be considered reserved until we have made a notification to you in writing.
